People Development Lead

The role in a nutshell

TAB is looking for an People Experience Lead to help our multidisciplinary team of mobile product creators fulfil their maximum potential. You’ll be expected to develop a set of great practices, frameworks and tools that TABbers will love to use to develop themselves and their team.

People experience at TAB requires real world experience; a practical, can do attitude; willingness to be creative and try new things; and the ability to understand and empathise with the daily challenges of building a world class international team.

About the People Team

We’re a small, collaborative, outward-facing People team that’s part of the largest team of mobile software development experts in the world. We are dedicated to enabling TABbers, themselves, to grow our company, and cultivate a people-first culture which amplifies learning, servant-leadership and autonomy.

Leading with care and empathy, it is the People team responsibility to lead the development of simple and effective People practices, frameworks, processes, and tools to support our mission. We are inspired by the newest techniques and products, and seek to embed great practices throughout the entire employee lifecycle and experience.

On the back of our success, the team continues to grow. Right now, we’re composed of the Head of People, three talent partners, a HR project manager and a HR Coordinator.

The Application Process

Our process consists of three rounds, starting with an initial telephone interview. If successful, we will invite you to meet with us face-to-face, where you can demonstrate your thinking ability as well as your skills and experiences. This will be followed by a panel presentation round.
